How to Set Up Business Email with Microsoft 365

Step 1: Purchase Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Basic

Visit Microsoft 365 Plans and choose the plan that fits your business needs.

Step 2: Add Your Custom Domain

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Setup > Domains and click Add Domain. Verify your domain using DNS records.

Step 3: Create Mailboxes

Go to Users > Active Users, create users, and assign email addresses (e.g., info@yourbusiness.com).

Step 4: Update DNS Records

Add your MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records in your domain registrar.

Step 5: Test Everything

Send/receive test emails and configure Outlook for desktop/mobile.
